This class is prepared for ages 4-11. Students will learn about Honey Bee look alikes, what beekeepers do, pollination, honey, and the life cycle/duties. We will play an active game to reinforce what we've learned, try on beekeeping suits and do a honey tasting. We will also plant seeds for children to take home and transfer into the ground once ready. An observation hive will be present so kids can see the bees in action!
A minimum of 12 kids is required and an max of 20.
$15 per child. Cash, Venmo or PayPal will be collected at the beginning of the event. Please make a note of how many children will be attending so I can keep track and close the RSVP at max.
